In this month's home inspection pictures we see first of all a bathroom sink with a slow drain. This is most typically do to a clog in the drain. Taking the drain trap off underneath and cleaning the drain is usually the fix. In the second picture we see a foundation weep hole. These weep holes are drilled into foundations to help relieve the hydro-static pressure from behind the walls.
